We much look forward to holding our ‘Field Days’ on Saturday, 12 November and Saturday, 3 December, at which we expect to see a good number of volunteers from the Friends of Forbes Field and our local humanitarian charity RE:ACT. Our aim is to get our first trees into the ground on 3 December, weather conditions permitting.

 

In the meantime, members of the Forbes Field Management Group and other volunteers have been busy preparing the site including pruning the old crab apples trees in the centre of Forbes Field and in setting out the fruit tree orchard.
